I found the breakfast nice. Eggs were cooked to order. That is a plus! The room was very comfy. Its location was great. It was a short walk to the Utilita Arena. I appreciated the easy access to public transportation from the hotel.
The room was warm. The air conditioning unit did not cool effectively.

Excellent Central Stay

The room on the 8th floor provided ample space. The views towards the Bay were great. Staff were very helpful in extending my stay in the same room. This added convenience. There was easy parking in the basement and next to the hotel.
The room cleaning was only done upon request. This was inconvenient. I would have prefered the room to be cleaned every day .

The hotel has a nice bar and lounge area, a convenient addition for evening relaxation. I did not use the gym. it was well-equipped and maintained. There is easy access to both basement parking and a public parking area next door.

All staff members were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They accommodated my extended stay with efficiency. The staff was quick in their responses to requests. That was appreciated.
